I have had so many silly comments to choose from for this post from various places that its been difficult to select one. Then along came Sammi. I like it because it’s not related to directly to climate or weather but rather tomatoes and Julia Gillard. I think a few lessons in market forces like supply and demand and maybe inflation might be in order. Congratulations Sammi, you have the denier comment of the day.
Personally I think Julia is doing a great job because I paid $2.99/kg for bananas on the weekend but this time last year they were more than $10/kg. No, Cyclone Yasi had nothing to do with that! It’s the government.

Not fair going to Bolt’s blog, too easy
Yeah, I know.
Fishing for insanity on Bolt’s blog is like fishing in a barrel with a hand grenade. The result is certain and bound to be messy.
I know. I was tired and in need of some facepalming. I rarely go there. It’s too frustrating.

Is “Bolt” the online pseudonym for a real person, or just a label you use to identify someone who is unaware that they are not living in the real world?
Andrew Bolt is a real person but I think the similarity between him and the dog isn’t far wrong.
Oh right. Bolt is one of my daughter’s favourite films (my favourite characters were the pigeons)…
